UPDATE:

So the show just ended… take a look below to see the full list of winners, in green.

The 82nd Academy Awards are taking place tomorrow night, and we here at GKS are laying down our predictions. Take a gander at our picks below, with Team Squid names beside their choices, based on who we think will win, not necessarily who we want to win, naturally. We’ll update this post with the real winners following the show.

To make things interesting, as the Editor I’ve put some incentive out to the person with the most correct picks. That contributer can keep their job here, everyone else is fired. Dance, monkeys, DANCE!

seriously, the only make up in Star Trek was the green skinned chic. Wow, some stretch that was. :P

What about the Vulcans, Nero and his gang, Scotty’s side-kick, when Kirk got that weird virus, when Kirk got his ass handed to him in the bar, old Wynona Rider… there was a ton of background aliens too.

The length of the list scarred me away. Who knew there was more than 10 categories? That and I’ve seen exactly 2 of the movies included in this little contest. I’d count up the points to determine a winner but the couch is calling. Congratulations.

p.s. – I liked when Kirk’s hand got all big and he was all like LOL WTH?
p.p.s.-I’m one tired boy. Good night!
