In my opinion, since I have the movie, I think the movie is better than the 2009 version with dinosaurs, squids and everything else except for that hot-aired balloon Holmes rides in towards the end. I'm a big Dominic Keating fan and like him very much because I watch him and his role as Lieutenant Malcolm Reed on Star Trek:Enterprise. Dominic plays the bad guy who is Sherlock's brother and he has to die at the end. I cry when he dies at the end. Am I a baby? I just have an actor crush on Dominic Keating that's all. OMG this has gotta be the best worst movie of all time. lmao the whole way thru. So many things left unanswered. They needed the dinosaur to steal the water pump? For what?
