Basically Ghostbusters busts in on the mob (ghosts), Peter gets his sould knocked out of him and is possessed. The other three are killed. They all meet in the afterlife, Peter has superpowers. Gangster ghosts and Ghostbusters fight. They all live happily ever after. I'm hoping it will be something more than that tired story, but you're probably right. If it was filmed in the same vein as the first two, I think it would be pretty cool, but this screams crappy CG that'll be dated by the end of the year. Sounds like an alright price to pay to see more Murry and Aykroyd on the screen though. Feels like the game was a primer on this whole development. They said it was basically Ghostbusters 3, so I wonder if any of it will be referenced as part of the story? That’s a good guess.
